A new strategic planning cycle combined with COVID-19 provided Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada the opportunity to explore with the Federation a desired future state with clearly designed roles and responsibilities for both the National Team and local agencies. After extensive consultation a new organizational structure was created and shared in the fall of 2021. Central to this is a new, focused committee structure which will allow for the Federation to provide input on strategic initiatives and National Projects.
