Last year, you told us that you really wanted to hear from mentees – and we listened! Listening in Strength: BBBSC & R2S Mentees tips for Successful Mentorship will be a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring young people who are actively involved in the mentorship process as mentees, including one former mentee who has transitioned to a mentor role. You’ll learn:
- How to get a mentorship relationship off to a good start – virtually or in person;
- How to really connect with your mentee;
- How to create a respectful relationship from the perspective of a mentee;
- What advice to give future mentors…
